What’s open and closed on Labor Day in Cherry Hill?

Check out what offices and places of business are closed today for the holiday.

Many people have a day off from work as the country celebrates Labor Day. Due to the holiday, numerous places in Cherry Hill are closed or have a modified schedule. Check out what’s open and closed in Cherry Hill Township today:

Post offices: All post offices are closed and there is no mail delivery.

Township offices: The Cherry Hill Township Municipal Building is closed today and will reopen at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday. There is no trash collection today. Monday trash routes will be collected on Tuesday. There are no other changes to the schedule. Cherry Hill Township’s Planning Board meeting for this week is scheduled for Tuesday instead of Monday.

Cherry Hill Public Library: The library is closed today and will re-open at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning.

Cherry Hill Public Schools: All schools are closed to both students and teachers today for the holiday. The first day of school for students is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 5.

Katz JCC: JCC offices are closed for Labor Day. The health and wellness department, outdoor pool and Imaginarium are open from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Banks: Many banks, including Bank of America, PNC Bank, Wells Fargo and TD Bank are closed on Labor Day. Check your local bank for more information.

Cherry Hill Mall: The mall will be open its normal hours on Labor Day of 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
