County accepting applications for 2014 Rutgers Master Gardener Training Program

The Burlington County Board of Chosen Freeholders announced today that the Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Burlington County is now accepting applications for the 2014 Rutgers Master Gardener Training Program.

No previous coursework or experience is required.

“This is an excellent program for residents of Burlington County with a willingness to learn and a passion for gardening and giving back to the community,” said Freeholder Director Joe Donnelly.

Courses will be held at the Rutgers Cooperative Extension Office in Westampton on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm starting on January 16 and running through mid-April.

There is a one-time fee of $250.
