Harrison Township officer Gregory Germscheid and Cpl. Kevin McGowan were recently recognized by Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) New Jersey at its annual ceremony on June 23. Germscheid received the Recognition of Excellence Award Certificate, while McGowan earned the Recognition of Excellence Award Certificate and the Drug Recognition Expert Award Certificate. The citations honor commitment and exceptional efforts in DWI enforcement.
