Book Buddies for ages four to eight at the Moorestown Library at 1:30 p.m. Participants will pair up with a teen volunteer for a special one-on-one reading time. Afterwards, they will make a craft. Parents must remain in the building at all times. Register at www.events.moorestownlibrary.org.

The Moorestown Library presents Snakes-N-Scales: Great Reptiles at 1:30 p.m. For children of all ages. Participants will learn about large reptiles, including Burmese Pythons, Anacondas and some Jurassic-looking turtles and tortoises.

STEAM Time at the Moorestown Library at 9:30 a.m.

SUNDAY, July 28

Join members of Moorestown Pride for the Moorestown Pride Festival planning meeting at the Moorestown Library at 2 p.m. This event is a volunteer opportunity and a great way to meet members of Moorestown Pride. Members from the organization will be on-site and can offer additional information about Moorestown Pride activities and resources.

MONDAY, July 29

Baby Time for ages 0-2 at the Moorestown Library at 10 a.m.

Toddler Time for ages 2-4 at the Moorestown Library at 10:45 a.m.

ESL Conversation Group at the Moorestown Library at 5 p.m. ESL students are invited to enhance their conversation skills. This program will invite general, engaging conversation that will guide the class. Register at www.events.moorestownlibrary.org.

TUESDAY, July 30

Story Time for ages three and up at the Moorestown Library at 10 a.m.

New Jersey has eight species of owls that over-winter in the state. Join the Moorestown Library at 2 p.m. to learn about these fascinating birds of prey with an assortment of hands-on materials and bird mounts. Imagine a Future of Living in Space: A Short Tour of our Solar System. This program will be held at the Moorestown Library at 11:30 a.m. and is open to all ages but most accessible to middle school ages and up. This talk covers a sample of destinations in our solar system, including planets, dwarf planets and asteroids. Participants will talk about some current human-made space stations and ideas for the next few decades and beyond. Register at www.events.moorestownlibrary.org.
