The Camden County Department of Health is announcing 733 new positive cases of COVID-19 and 3 new COVID-related fatalities which occurred between Wednesday, June 8 and Monday, June 13. Additionally, there were 238 cases detected through antigen testing, bringing the total number of cases 971. The aggregate number of confirmed positive cases in Camden County to 113,596 and 1,645 total fatalities.
The outcomes from these antigen tests, unlike the results from the polymerase chain reaction, (PCR) are probable positive cases. These daily numbers are added into our aggregated lab tested PCR metrics.
Of the 733 cases, 125 are among patients under 18 years old. The average age of the newly infected is 42 years old.

Vaccine hours:
Operational hours at the Camden County Health Hub vaccine clinic run from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursdays. This includes booster shots for ages 12-17.
To date, 414,556 Camden County residents have received at least one of the COVID-19 vaccine, 367,051 have received two doses and 227,376 have received a third dose. More information regarding vaccination rates throughout the county and available on the state’s COVID-19 dashboard at covid19.nj.gov.
The county Health Department is continuing to closely track new cases of COVID-19 and information regarding the prevalence of the Omicron variant. New cases are often reassigned to other municipalities over the course of an investigation.
