Join the library on Nov. 8 as we look back to World War I.
2017 marks the 100th anniversary of U.S. involvement in the first World War.
Historian Erik L. Burro will provide a presentation of World War I monuments located throughout the tri-state area and share his vast knowledge of this time period, along with a Q&A session.
This historic and informative event will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 8 at 6 p.m. Additionally, the library will have over forty of Burro’s framed B&W images honoring the WWI doughboy on display for the entire month of November.
All ages are invited to attend, and registration is required at http://www.bcls.lib.nj.us/calendar/wwi-legacy-remembrance.
