Samaritan offers free will, tax and estate planning workshop

Two workshops being offered – in-person on Sept. 25 and virtual on Sept. 26

Your last will and testament is the cornerstone of your estate plan. Without it, important decisions – including gifting of assets and heirlooms, guardianship and your executor – will be out of your hands and decided by existing laws, or in court.

If you already have a will, remember that certain life events – including the birth of a child or grandchild, your or your child’s marriage or divorce, the passing of a spouse or heir, the purchase or sale of a home or business, or an inheritance – are all reasons to revisit and update your will and estate plan.
