The borough’s Town Wide Yard Sale is just around the corner — the day Palmyra treasure hunters dream about all year long!
This year’s sale is Saturday, Sept. 8, with a rain date of Sunday, Sept. 9. Homes around the borough can participate, and there will also be a chance to sell wares at the band shell. Public works will be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for unsold items.
The borough will advertise the town-wide event and prepare treasure maps indicating the addresses of those residents who register by Tuesday, Sept. 4. Treasure maps will be available online on Friday, Sept. 7, and at Palmyra Borough Hall early on the morning of the yard sale.
This event is free and no yard sale permit is required. Please be mindful of neighbors and do not leave leftovers at the curb.
