District officials said the threat made Thursday morning was determined not to be credible
At approximately 8 a.m. Thursday, March 29, an unsubstantiated threat was made against the Charles Street School, according to the Palmyra School District.
The Palmyra Police Department was immediately notified. Students and staff were safely relocated to the community center while the police investigated. The threat was determined to be non-credible by the Palmyra Police Department and the building was deemed safe for occupancy.
County resources were utilized to assist in the investigation. Students safely returned to the Charles Street School and were scheduled to dismiss at the regular time.
