Christine Nast, Rosemary Smith, Dottie Schindlinger and Dolores M. Szymanski have been appointed to the board of directors of the Alice Paul Institute.
Nast is co-owner and president of Focalpoint Business Coaching & Training, Cherry Hill. As business coach and corporate trainer, she works with client companies to improve their bottom-line profit through behavioral change.
Smith is director of Durand Inc., Mt. Laurel, an agency, a non-profit that serves adults with developmental disabilities and operates a school for autistic autistic students.
Schindlinger is executive vice president and governance technology evangelist for BoardEffect, a board management software provider for nonprofit organizations worldwide. In her role, Schindlinger researches governance and technology trends, presents on related topics at industry conferences, and informs BoardEffect’s product strategy. She also writes for a variety of governance-related publications.
Szymanski, a retired superintendent of schools, is interim director of curriculum and instruction for Cinnaminson Township Schools. She is adjunct professor at Washington University.
