Tina Rambo to be honored in Marlton

The Evesham Police Department is issuing a traffic impact notice and road closure advisory for Friday, Aug. 5.

On Friday, Aug. 5 the funeral mass for fallen Ocean County Police Detective Tina Rambo will be held at the Saint Isaac Jogues Church, located at 395 Evesboro-Medford Road, Marlton.

Detective Rambo is being honored with full police honors. A large number of people and vehicles are expected to be present in the area of the church during this funeral service.

Evesboro-Medford Road will be closed to all traffic from Elmwood Road to Greenbrook Drive from 7:30 a.m. until approximately 1 p.m.

The detour route around the closed road will be as follows:

• Eastbound traffic: Evesboro-Medford Road, right on Greenbrook Drive to Route 70, make a left onto Route 70, continue straight to Elmwood Road, make a left onto Elmwood Road, then make a right onto Evesboro-Medford Road to continue eastbound on Evesboro-Medford Road.

• Westbound traffic: Evesboro-Medford Road, left on Elmwood Road to Route 70, make a right onto Route 70, continue straight to Greenbrook Drive, make a right onto Greenbrook Drive, then make a left onto Evesboro-Medford Road to continue westbound on Evesboro-Medford Road.

The funeral service is scheduled to end at approximately 12:30 p.m. After the funeral service there will be rolling road closures along the funeral procession route from the Saint Isaac Jogues Church to the Coles Town Cemetery, located in Cherry Hill, NJ.

The funeral procession will begin at the Saint Isaac Jogues Church, head westbound on Evesboro-Medford Road to Church Road, continuing straight to Route 73, continuing straight on Church Road to the Coles Town Cemetery, located at the intersection of Church Road and Kings Highway, Cherry Hill.
