On Sept. 7, the Evesham Police Department completed an investigation into the August, 2010 theft and vandalism of the Evesham Police Department’s traffic speed trailer. This investigation resulted in the arrest of three male suspects, between the ages of 20 and 21, all of Marlton.
Investigation found that the speed trailer was removed from Heritage Road in Marlton and moved to a location as short distance away in a wooded area. Once in the wooded area damage was caused to the trailer. The trailer was smashed, causing approximately $10,000 in damage to the trailer.
The three males were each charged with Criminal Mischief and Theft. Each of the males was released, pending a scheduled court appearance, after each posting the required $1,500Â bail.
