John “Jack” J. Kennedy, Sr., longtime resident of Runnemede, NJ, passed away November 23, 2023, at the age of 96 years. Devoted husband of 71 years of the late Anna Marie Kennedy (nee Heffron). Devoted father of John J. Kennedy, Jr., William Kennedy (Barbara), and the late Kathleen Vollmer (James). Proud grandfather of Tim, the late Steven, Daniel, Chris, the late Eric, and Kelly; great-grandfather of Julianna.
Jack served and was a veteran of the United States Army Air Corp. He worked as a pressman for the Philadelphia Inquirer from 1972 to 2000. Jack enjoyed playing poker at the Borgata Casino in Atlantic City, NJ.
Urn visitation will be Wednesday, November 29, 2023, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Earle Funeral Home, 122 W. Church Street, Blackwood, NJ 08012, where his prayer service will begin at 12:00 Noon.
