Eight candidates running for three seats in election for Evesham Township School District BOE

The election will take place during the state’s general election on Nov. 7.

There are eight candidates running for three seats in November’s board of education election for the Evesham Township School District, according to documents posted by the Burlington County Clerk’s office.

Incumbent board members Elaine Barbagiovanni and board vice president Sandy Student will run against Christopher Ackley, Sean Flanagan, Janis Knoll, Jayesh C. Parikh, Bennie Roberson and Lea Ryan.

The eight candidates are running to fill three open seats for full, three-year terms.

A full, three-year seat for an Evesham representative on the Lenape Regional High School District Board of Education is also open this year, with incumbent Barry J. Fitzgerald running unopposed.

Both elections will take place during the state’s general election on Nov. 7.
