Wednesday Aug. 17 at 7 p.m. is the deadline to enter a kid’s homemade no dumping sign for Mantua Little League. The contest came about due to James R. Bobbitt Little League Complex being a place people dump their trash in. To ward off this the Mantua Little League Club is now holding a contest.
To enter, click “going” in the event. take a picture of the kid-created sign and send it in a message to Mantua Little League on Facebook. Submissions will be accepted through August 17, at which time they will select their favorites and put them up for a public vote. People do not have to be members of Mantua Little League to enter. For kids ages 13 and under, who likes baseball and does not like litterbugs.
