New COVID-19 case numbers remain low in Gloucester County

The county reported seven new cases on Monday after confirming 14 new cases over the weekend.

The number of new COVID-19 cases in Gloucester County continues to decline as the county has reported 21 new cases over the past three days.

Gloucester County health officials confirmed 10 new COVID-19 cases on Saturday, four on Sunday and seven on Monday. Gloucester County has reported 15 or fewer new cases on nine consecutive days.

Here is a breakdown of the new cases from Saturday through Monday by municipality:

  • Clayton – 1
  • Deptford – 4
  • East Greenwich – 1
  • Elk – 1
  • Franklin Twp. – 2
  • Glassboro – 2
  • Greenwich Twp. – 1
  • Logan – 1
  • Monroe Twp. – 2
  • Washington Twp. – 4
  • Westville – 1
  • Woolwich – 1

Gloucester County reported one COVID-19 death on Saturday, an 84-year-old woman from Deptford. No new deaths were reported on Sunday or Monday.
