Gloucester County health officials reported 38 new cases of COVID-19 during their daily news release on Wednesday, April 29.
As of Wednesday, Gloucester County has conducted 5,273 total tests. Of these cases, 1,209 have come back positive, 4,034 have come back negative and 30 are pending.
The new cases for April 29 are as follows by municipality:
- Clayton – 3
- Deptford – 5
- East Greenwich – 2
- Franklin Township – 1
- Paulsboro – 3
- Washington Township – 14
- West Deptford – 5
- Woodbury – 1
- Woolwich – 4

The Gloucester County Department of Health has also confirmed a 79-year-old Washington Township man and 98-year-old Woodbury woman with COVID-19 have died. Gloucester County now has 40 confirmed deaths.
