Seneca High School graduate and Shamong resident Sarah Latterie was awarded the Pinelands Garden Club of Medford’s $1,500 scholarship at the club’s end-of-year luncheon in June. She will attend the University of Delaware in the fall to major in environmental engineering and sustainable apparel and textile innovation. Betsy Litz, co-chair of the garden club’s scholarship committee, presented her with the scholarship.
