A local teen is hosting a book drive for Reach Out and Read, a non-profit that advocates for increased literacy across the United States. Charlotte Olson has collected books for the organization for several years, and has a goal of reaching 2,000 donations this year.
The Olson family is accepting donations of new and gently used children’s fiction books for children up to 10 years old. Additionally, monetary donations are also being accepted.
