Cherry Hill Police continue to investigate a hit-and-run pedestrian accident that occurred on Friday, Oct. 25 at approximately 4:45 a.m. A male pedestrian was crossing in the marked crosswalk on Route 38 in the area of Chestnut Street. The male crossed the westbound lanes and was struck by an eastbound vehicle in the right lane. The driver of the vehicle did not stop and continued traveling Route 38 east.Â
The vehicle is believed to be a dark colored older model Nissan Maxima or Nissan Altima. Anyone with information is asked to call Officer J.
