Voorhees Township Public Schools will be hosting two learning sessions titled “The Voice of Voorhees,” Tuesday, Sept. 3 at Signal Hill Elementary School and Thursday, Sept. 5 at Osage Elementary School.
Each session will be one hour from 7 to 8 p.m., with incoming Superintendent of Schools David Gentile briefly introducing himself to the community and parents by providing an overview of his vision for the community and school’s future while also explaining his background.
Afterwards, small group discussions to ensure all voices heard will focus on the positives about Voorhees Township Public Schools while also providing residents with the opportunity to state what they believe might be top priorities facing the district that should be addressed.
These learning sessions are open to all parents and community members in the district, and not just those that have children attending the two schools Gentile will be visiting.
