Deptford Township is hosting senior chair yoga on Tuesdays this summer at the Deptford Township Senior Center. Classes will take place from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Chair yoga gently stretches the joins and muscles through deep breathing and relaxing meditation. This program teaches many basic yoga poses from a chair and is geared for seniors or people with limited movement.
Marie Kain is the class’ instructor. No experience is necessary to participate. The cost is $3 per person, per class. Class will take place every Tuesday through Aug. 27, with the exception of Aug. 20. For more information, call (856) 845-0804 or email [email protected].
