Mayor Paul Medany and Councilman Ken Barnshaw were on hand to celebrate the opening of Starbucks new drive thru store on Hurfville Rd.  Mayor Paul cut the ceremonial ribbon to officially open the store.  “We are extremely excited about opening this store and to serve the Deptford community, it has been a long time coming.” said regional director Dominic Alessandrini.

Store manager Alexis Liontas is a Deptford resident and she says “We want this to be a true community store, where everyone is welcome and comes to enjoy our store, it’s really important to me being a resident here.”

The address of the store is 1215 Hurfville Rd., Deptford, NJ 08096.  The space was previously occupied by the old Freeway diner and is now being shared with a new AT&T store.
