According to college officials, personal and professional development offers non-credit courses to the community so that all students have the opportunity to upgrade skills, pursue new ones or explore a hobby in these special courses.
All age groups are represented in these credit-free courses and are registered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Officials describe RCBC’s summer youth programs and clinics as educational and enriching experiences for children between the ages of 7 and 18.
Officials say there are various programs for every interest including computers, science, art, culinary and more.
RCBC will also be providing a before and after care program for registered participants who are attending camp on the Mt. Laurel Campus. The before and after care program is open to all camper age groups.
