The weekly movie series will showcase movies about writers at the library now through dates in March.

On Feb. 14, a series of films focusing on writers is set to begin at the Mt. Laurel Library.

The opening movie will be “Shakespeare in Love,” featuring a young Billy Shakespeare, who is out of ideas and short of cash, until he meets his ideal woman, who inspires him to write one of his most famous plays.

Future showings include “Devotion” on Feb. 21, “Invisible Woman” on Feb. 28, “Midnight in Paris” on March 7, “Iris” on March 14 and “I Am Not Your Negro” on March 21.

These events will be hosted by Joseph Truitt at the Mt. Laurel Library, with screening beginning 12:30 p.m. No registration required to attend these events.
