Roxanne Ardary of Long & Foster Real Estate opens 2017 ‘Marlton’s Best Christmas Lights Contest’

Now through Dec. 15, Marlton residents are invited to show off their Christmas display creativity for a chance at prizes.

Roxanne Ardary of Long & Foster Real Estate has announced the opening of the 2017 “Marlton’s Best Christmas Lights Contest.”

With this contest, Marlton residents are invited to show off their Christmas creativity for the whole town to see.

Locals who wish to enter this contest need only simply email a photo of a decorated home when it’s lit, and Roxanne Ardary and Long & Foster Real Estate will showcase the home online for all to see.

Judges who will select the winning homes will be announced soon.

Winners of the contest will receive Amazon gift cards courtesy of Roxanne Ardary of Long & Foster Real Estate. The first place winner will receive a $200 gift card, the second place will receive a $100 gift card and third place will receive a $50 gift card.

Winners of the contest will receive Lowes gift cards courtesy MaGrann Construction Custom Home Builder and Remodeler. Similar to the Amazon gift cards, the first place winner will receive a $200 gift card, the second place will receive a $100 gift card and third place will receive a $50 gift card.

Additional awards from sponsors include Ballroom Dance Instruction by Camille, with a free group class for all participants and the top three winners also receiving a free private lesson for one half hour.

The contest’s first place winner will also receive a portrait session from Laney Lane Photography valued at $250.

Contest rules are as follows:

· A contestant’s home must be in Marlton, and all entries must be submitted to Roxanne Ardary by Dec. 15. Entrants can visit http://www.roxanneardary.com/2017-marlton-christmas-lights-contest/ to ensure an entry was received.

· When submitting an entry, entrants must submit their contact information, home address and a photo of their home display though email to [email protected].

· The image size of submitted photographs should be at least 400×400.

· Nominations will be accepted, but only the property owner can receive any rewards, and a minimum of five homes must participate in the contest for awards to be given.

· All photos with addresses will be displayed at http://www.roxanneardary.com/2017-marlton-christmas-lights-contest/ in the order they were received, so contests are advised to enter early.

· Contestants should also anticipate drive by traffic to their home see their Christmas lights and winter displays.

· Winners will be selected and announced after Dec. 15 and before the Christmas holiday.

· By entering this contest, entrants are giving Roxanne Ardary permission to display and distribute their photos.
