Evesham Police seeking help from public in locating 71-year-old man suffering from dementia

Gerald Patrick Jr., 71, suffers from dementia and was seen walking on Route 70 toward Cherry Hill after leaving Virtua Hospital in Marlton.

Evesham Police are seeking the public’s help in locating 71-year-old Gerald Patrick Jr. of Pennsylvania.

Police say Patrick, who suffers from early stages of dementia, was visiting his wife at Virtua Hospital in Marlton when he walked out of the hospital around 1:30 a.m. this morning,

Police say he then began walking west on Route 70 towards Cherry Hill Township.

According to police, he was wearing a plaid blue shirt, tan cargo shorts and glasses.
