The following information was provided by the Medford Township Police Department.
Kevin Hoguet, a 43-year-old of 5th Avenue in Lindenwold, was arrested without incident on Friday, Feb. 10. A police investigation was initiated after a 26-year-old female and employee of DiVello’s Deli, located on Route 70 in Medford, reported to authorities of an unwelcomed encounter with her employer. As a result of the investigation, Hoguet was charged with criminal restraint, criminal sexual contact and harassment. He was released on a summons and was scheduled for his first appearance in Superior Court later this month.
On Wednesday, Feb. 15, Hoguet was arrested again and charged with additional counts of criminal restraint and criminal sexual contact. These charges were the result of an investigation pertaining to allegations made by a 36-year-old female employee of Divello’s Deli. Hoguet was lodged in the Burlington County Jail.
