Evesham Police look for suspect who helped steal $35,000 in car tires from dealership

Police charged Benggie Marrero, age 25, of Philadelphia, with third-degree theft and third-degree burglary. His whereabouts are unknown.

The following report is on file with the Evesham Township Police Department:

On Nov. 9, the Evesham Police Department responded to Burns Honda Car Dealership, 325 S. Route 73 Marlton, for the overnight theft of 44 car tires from vehicles in the lot. The total value of stolen tires was $35,000.

Evesham Investigators were able to identify and charge two subjects with the theft of the tires. On Dec. 20, Angel Poche was arrested and committed to the Burlington County Jail. The second suspect was charged and is still at large.

Arrested:

Angel Poche, age 24, of Philadelphia, was charged with third-degree theft and third-degree burglary. He was lodged in the Burlington County Jail in default of bail.

Charged:

Benggie Marrero, age 25, of Philadelphia, was charged with third-degree theft and third-degree burglary. His whereabouts are unknown.
