Marlton man arrested for selling heroin from his home

The following report is on file with the Evesham Township Police Department:

On Aug. 26 the Evesham Police Department Investigative Bureau, through an on-going investigation into heroin distribution from an apartment, executed a search warrant in the 400 unit block of the Alison Apartments, 31 N. Maple Ave.

During this search warrant execution, investigators seized heroin and a vehicle that was used in the distributions.

The following individuals were arrested:

A male, age 28, of Marlton, was charged with second-degree distribution of heroin and third-degree possession of heroin. He was lodged in the Burlington County Jail in default of $15,000 bail.

A male, age 24, of Mt. Laurel was charged with third degree possession of suboxone and a disorderly persons offense for loitering with the intent of obtaining narcotics. He was released on his own recognizances.
