It’s July and that means it’s chicken BBQ time. The Tabernacle Rescue Squad and, for the first time, the Tabernacle Historical Society will host this year’s annual chicken BBQ on July 16 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Community Center located at 81 Hawkins Road. Come out to support two hometown volunteer groups and their causes, all while enjoying a Saturday out of the kitchen.
