Evesham police arrest Philadelphia women suspected of passing counterfeit $100 bill at Walmart

The following report comes from Evesham Police Lt. Joseph Friel:

On Aug. 7, at 6:26 p.m., officers responded to the Walmart store, 150 East Route 70, for a female who had just passed a counterfeit $100 bill.

The first officer on location located a female in the rear parking lot matching the suspect description.

That female was arrested after it was determined that she had passed counterfeit US currency.

Arrested:

A female, age 30, of Philadelphia, was charged with third degree forgery. She was lodged in the Burlington County Jail in default of $25,000 bail.
