Virtua’s Joint Replacement Institute celebrates 21 months of 99 percent satisfaction

The staff of Virtua’s Joint Replacement Institute recently celebrated 21 consecutive months of achieving patient satisfaction scores of 99 percent. These scores are a measure of how well the JRI staff is performing their jobs from their patients’ perspectives, and with near perfect scores, this was certainly reason to celebrate.
