Jerry A. Lindheim, a partner at Locks Law Firm and a Cherry Hill resident, recently presented a lecture in Copenhagen to members of the Danish bar who practice personal injury and insurance law. It focused on foreign jurisdiction and venue in filing and maintaining personal injury claims within the United States, and also highlighted recent court decisions. He culminated the lecture with an entertaining presentation of Hollywood movie clips showing how claims are handled.
Lindheim focuses his practice on nursing home litigation, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical and medication errors, civil rights claims, product and premises liability, automobile accidents, and insurance coverage disputes. He has previously lectured on topics of evidence deposition, and trial and courtroom practice and has taught local high school students about civil practice and procedure.
Lindheim received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Temple University and a degree from Temple University School of Law where he was a member of the I. Herman Moot Court Honor Society for trial advocacy and participated in the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
