Hyland Levin is pleased to announce Cherry Hill resident and attorney Peter J. Boyer has authored a chapter in a book entitled “Business Torts: A Practical Guide to Litigation” which has just been published by the American Bar Association’s First Chair Press.
Boyer authored the chapter on Summary Judgment, which discusses strategic considerations and practice pointers in filing or responding to a motion for summary judgment in a business torts case. He is vice chair of the ABA Litigation Section’s Business Torts and Unfair Competition Committee. A partner in the firm, Boyer concentrates his practice in the litigation of business and commercial disputes.
