Mt. Laurel Library celebrates Free Comic Book Day on May 3

Mount Laurel Library will host Dave Bullock, animation director of “Justice League the New Frontier” and comic book artist of “Superman” and “BatMan Black and White” as part of their Free Comic Book Day celebration on Saturday, May 3. Free comics will be provided on first come, first served basis compliments of Stormwatch Comics in West Berlin.

The day begins with Intro to Drawing Comics at 12:30 p.m. Kids of all ages are invited to learn the basics of drawing comics and create their own costume with Bullock.

At 2 p.m. there will be a question and answer session with Bullock. Teen and young adult artists are invited to bring their portfolios for a quick review.

At 2:30 p.m. there will be a screening of “Justice League the New Frontier.” Registration is not required for any of the day’s events.
