The Tabernacle United Methodist Church, 166 Carranza Road, will be in the holiday spirit as they hold their 16th annual “Cookie Walk” on Dec. 6 from 3–6 p.m. and Saturday Dec. 7 from 9 a.m.-noon. Come enjoy a treat for your senses. Walk around in a Christmas candlelight setting while music plays and the smell of homemade cookies surround you. Dozens of varieties of cookies and candies are available for sale at $8 per pound.
The church food pantry will also be accepting food donations at Red Lion Gulf station located at 1716 US 206, Southampton through Dec. 31. Non-perishable food items with current dates are greatly appreciated.
