The Tabernacle Historical Society will be holding a chicken barbecue August 5 from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the Tabernacle United Methodist Church located on 166 Carranza Rd.
Take out orders will be accepted, or sit and enjoy the festivities at the church.
Tickets are $10 for adults and children under 12 will be $5.00.
