On Friday, May 4, U.S. Rep. Jon Runyan announced the winning entries in the 2012 Congressional Art Competition.
Two Lenape High School art students were among the winners.
The top three winners and the honorable mention will have the opportunity to hang their works in one of Runyan’s district offices.
An independent panel of judges chose the winners.
The first-place finisher is Allyson Gallagher of Mt. Laurel and Lenape High School. The third-place winner is Melissa Olt of Mt. Laurel who also attends Lenape High School.
