The Marlton Thunder 12U Red fast pitch softball team came in first place in the USSSA May Mayhem World Series Qualifier in Quakertown, Pa. the weekend of April 28. This was a 20-team tournament, which featured some of the best teams in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The Thunder went 7–0 and outscored their opponents 57–7 over the course of the tournament and earned yet another berth to the World Series in Orlando, Fla.
