The following is a traffic advisory from the Cherry Hill Police Department:
Haddonfield-Berlin Road (Rt 561) will be down to one lane in each direction between I-295 and Kresson Road, from 7 a.m. through 4 p.m. daily from Monday, Aug. 26 to Thursday, Aug. 29. These dates are weather-dependent and may push the work impact later into the week or into the following week if adverse conditions are encountered.
This change in traffic pattern is for ongoing road improvements, each day will have one lane completely milled and repaved and second lane used for work crew safety. This lane reduction will create delays and congestion above what is normally present.
Please use caution if driving in this area, and if possible use alternate routes to avoid the area. Â Alternate routes include White Horse Pike (Rt 30), Rt 70 and I-295.Â
Police will be on location assisting motorists through intersections as needed.
