Local senior citizens are in luck if they’re looking to learn more about programs the state of New Jersey offers to its senior populations.
Seniors will soon have the chance to attend a free seminar focusing on senior and disability programs offered in the state.
On Aug. 1, from 10 a.m. to noon, locals are invited to attend a special seminar at the Gibson House Community Center, where a state representative will be on hand to present on topics such as homestead benefits, the “senior property tax freeze” and more.
This seminar is free to attend, and no registration is required.
The Gibson House Community Center is located at 535 E. Main St. in Marlton.
Locals are also asked to share the date, time and location of this seminar with other senior citizens in order to maximize attendance and help as many seniors as possible.
