Students performed the musical to an audience of family members on Tuesday, Dec. 19.
It was standing-room-only inside the Grenloch Terrace Early Childhood Center multi-purpose room on Tuesday, Dec. 19, as kindergarten students in Angela Otto and Tom O’Brien’s classes performed the musical “The Gingerbread Man” to an audience of family members.
The students told the story of a gingerbread man who was created accidentally and then forced to run for his life away from many hungry adversaries. He finally meets his match at the end when encountering a clever fox.
The musical had family members smiling and laughing, and at the end, the entire audience joined the students for a rendition of the song “Jingle Bells.”
