Washington Township High School’s AP Environmental Science classes ventured out on a field trip on Friday, April 13, to the Gloucester County Waste Water Treatment Plant, the Washington Township Municipal Utilities Authority “classroom in a water tower,” and Duffield’s Farm.

The students learned where our water comes from, and how it is cleaned after we use it at their first two stops. At their third stop, they learned how food is grown and how farms interact with the environment at Duffield’s Farm.
