Joseph W. Devine, President of the New Jersey Division of Jefferson Health, was honored on Monday, Dec. 18 as Top Fundraiser for the American Cancer Society’s regional Real Men Wear Pink campaign, which supports Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of Pennsauken.

Throughout the month of October, prominent area men participated in the campaign, raising funds and encouraging the women in their lives and in the community to take action in the fight to end breast cancer.

Devine, one of 17 South Jersey business and community leaders who took part in the fundraising challenge, has raised $7,228 to date — more than twice of any other participant in the local campaign, becoming the second highest fundraiser for the campaign in the entire state of New Jersey.
