Camden County urges residents to use 911 wisely on July 4

The Camden County Department of Public Safety reminds all residents that the 911 system is for emergency calls only.

The county’s dispatchers and local police departments are not able to inform residents of the locations and times of fireworks displays or parades in their area.

The emergency communication system should never be used for non-emergency information and all events scheduled around the holiday can be found on your municipal and county website.
