The following report is on file with the Voorhees Police Department:
On July 13 at 11:15 p.m., the Voorhees Police Department was dispatched to the 200 block of Echelon Road for an incident involving a suspicious male that occurred earlier in the evening at 10:00Â p.m.
The female complainant reported while walking in the area of her residence, she observed a male who was no more than 15 feet away, sitting on the hood of a black sports utility vehicle masturbating.
After receiving a detailed description of the male, patrol units located the male at his residence where he was subsequently arrested after admitting to the lewd conduct.
Arrested: A male, age 19, of the 1000 block of Corbridge Court, Voorhees.
