This is a reminder to residents that a free rabies clinic will be offered on Saturday, Jan. 12, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Tabernacle Township Public Works Building, located at 163 Carranza Road.
Residents are asked to have their pets on leash or in a container. Those wishing to have their pets micro-chipped must pre-register.

Dog licenses may be purchased at town hall during the same day and hours to accomodate residents. Residents are asked to leave their pets outside the town hall facility if purchasing their licenses that day.
Dogs must have a current rabies certificate filed with the township office that indicates that the vaccination is good through Nov. 1.
The cost is $12 for dogs spayed/neutered and $15 for those that are not.
Failure to obtain the dog license by January 31, 2013 will result in a $2.00 per month late fee per dog.
