The 41-year-old suspect faces burglary and other charges, police say
The following report is on file with the Cinnaminson Police Department:
On Thursday, April 26, at 7:50am, Cinnaminson Police responded to Cinnaminson Middle School for a report of a dispute in the parking lot. Investigation revealed that a suspicious white male was in the parking lot of the school and entered a vehicle belonging to a member of the staff. When approached, the suspect fled on foot and police began a K-9 track. The K-9 track was successful and led police to the area where the suspect fled and he was taken into custody without incident.
The 41-year-old suspect from Cinnaminson was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree credit card theft and defiant trespassing, a disorderly persons offense. He was lodged in the Burlington County Jail with no bail.
Criminal charges are merely accusations. Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
