Capehart Scatchard workers-compensation attorney Michael L. Bileci recently spoke at a continuing legal education seminar on advanced workers compensation, which was put on by the National Business Institute in Atlantic City.
Bileci spoke on the topic of “Medical Issues and Their Role in the Complex Workers Compensation Claim.”
In his presentation he covered the issues of psychiatric injuries, occupational-stress claims, work-related aggravations of pre-existing conditions, repetitive motion and related injuries and vocational rehabilitation. Bileci also participated in a panel discussion on ethical obligations.
Bileci, a Woodbury resident, represents insurance carriers and employers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims at all stages of litigation.
